➤ Ticketing Questions:

Do I need to print out my e-ticket or can I just bring it on my phone?
We encourage all attendees to have their e-ticket in hand, either on paper or on a device. Check-in will move very quickly if we are able to scan tickets that are out and ready. If you lose your ticket or no longer have access to it, we can still check you in, but the process may be slower in searching for your information.

Our policy is that all sales are final. However, you can visit the Thrive 2020 Facebook event and click on the “Discussion” tab to add a comment if you would like to be contacted by anyone interested in buying/selling a ticket. If you are able to sell a ticket, please email thrive2020ticketexchange@gmail.com to update your e-ticket with the buyers information.

➤ Misc.
I’m from out of town, where should I stay?
If you enter our church address (404 S 108th Ave, 68154) in your maps app, you will be able to see nearby hotels. The church is very central in Omaha and is likely to be within a 15-20 minute drive of wherever you land! You can also visit our accommodations page.
What is your weather cancellation policy?
In the event of inclement weather, our Thrive committee along with CCC staff will make the call to cancel by 4 pm Friday. Our utmost concern is for the safety of all attendees, along with our volunteers, church staff, committee members, and our speaker. Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final in the event of a cancellation due to weather.
